As promised, here is the email that will take you through to the advertising and sponsorship brochures for the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Madrid, simply click on the link below, please remember law firms cannot exhibit or distribute leaflets at any IBA conference.

• The conference will be staged at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos.
• Welcome party will held at Palacio del Negralejo
• Closing party at the Casino de Madrid
• Committee social functions will be held at restaurants around Madrid, details to follow in April, check website for details.

The 2009 advertising and sponsorship brochures include individual booking forms for each of the sponsorship options:

• please read carefully the options open to you
• complete the appropriate booking form, confirming which option you would like to have
• don't forget to include the cost
• fax back completed form to the IBA
